We offer free returns on full price items for 30 days from the date your item is delivered. This means you have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.
To request a return, please contact us at water.trade@nutrien.com.au with the following information:
We will contact you and, send you, via email, a return shipping label to be printed or an approval for an in-store return, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package or information about our Nutrien Water store locations. Please note that returns will need to be sent back to Nutrien Water to the following address: Nutrien Water Returns, 4 Canham Way, Greenwood Western Australia 6024 or returned to a Nutrien Water store.
Any items returned to us by post without an approved Nutrien Water return label or in-store without the return approval email will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in saleable condition, unused without any wear and tear, with original tags still attached, and in its original packaging. If we receive your returned item and it does not match this description, you may not be eligible for a refund.

Subject to the Australia Consumer Law, we do not accept change of mind returns for sale items.
Gift cards cannot be returned.
The Nutrien Water Store does not offer exchange services. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase of the new item. To the extent that your return is processed, you will separately, receive a refund.
