We aim to process and despatch orders from our premises within 1to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a notification email when your order has been confirmed and another notification when your order has shipped.
If an item is not in stock, there may be additional delays while we wait to receive it from our suppliers. Please advise our staff by phone or email if your order is urgent and if practicable, we will send out all in-stock items as soon as possible, followed by items on back-order when they arrive in store, or the supplier stock is replenished.
Nutrien Water will ship within Australia only. A flat fee of $15.00 inclusive of GST will be charged for each delivery (excluding items marked with shipping as price on application (POA)) under the value of $50. For orders $50 and over, Nutrien Water will ship for free Australia wide.
Any order marked as a POA item will be available for click & collect or shipped at a cost advised by a Nutrien Water Store representative after order confirmation. Both you and Nutrien Water may cancel the order of a POA item due to excessive freight charges, with all monies related to that item refunded.

Delivery times may vary. Delivery addresses closer to metropolitan cities in Western Australia may be delivered faster than other areas across Australia. Most deliveries will be delivered within 5 – 15 business days.
Delivery is generally by Australia Post direct to your nominated address with no signature required. We cannot send your delivery to a Post Office Box or a Roadside Mailbox.
If you live in a rural or remote area your order may be delivered by a courier service. In this case, a courier may contact you to organise a mutually convenient time and secure location for delivery of your order. A signature on receipt may be required.
If you would like to pick up your online order at one of our Nutrien Water stores please add a note “Pick up from Nutrien Water store in [Suburb/Town]” when confirming your order in your shopping cart. Your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are generally between 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM local time on Monday to Friday and 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM local time on Saturday, however these times may differ between stores. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at water.trade@nutrien.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
