Metric Poly pipe is ideal for high pressure or mains pressure applications. Minimum PN 12.5 Metric Poly Pipe must be used when the pipe will be under static towns main pressure.

What is MDPE?

Medium-density polyethylene (MDPE) is a type of polyethylene defined by a density range of 0.926–0.940 g/cm3.[1] It is less dense than HDPE, which is more common. Most commonly used for water, waste water, gas piping. Its easy to install, resistant to cracks and is cost effective.

What is PE100 or HDPE?

HDPE or PE100 is defined by a density of greater or equal to 0.941 g/cm3. HDPE has a service life of up to 100 years and is used in applications where strength and durability is important. Commonly uses by municipalities for transport of water and large scale irrigation.
